• The 'Shopping Cart' can include only one ad per 'Checkout'.
• The last ad you 'Add To Cart' is the ad that will be included in 'Checkout'.
• Click 'Reset Ad Form' (bottom of page) to clear ad selection and composition.

2. The maximum number of lines is defined for the font you selected in 'Section 3'.
3. The maximum number of lowercase characters/line is defined for the font you selected in 'Section 3'.
4. Enter text in the text fields below EXACTLY as you wish it to appear. Your text is NOT edited.
5. The font will be reduced to the next offered size if the text exceeds the ad width.
6. Text is centered vertically and horizontally.

7. Select ad placement

1. Display your ad in the context of the abstracts database or collaboration database, AND rotation through the iAbstracts site.
2. Select ad placement in the abstracts database or collaboration database.
3. For the abstracts database, indicate the conference or course to display your ad with. Your ad will also be displayed in the context of all abstracts for the indicated conference or course.
4. For the collaboration database, indicate the category to display your ad with. Your ad will also be displayed in the context of all collaborations for the indicated category.

8. Earn up to 7 extra 'ad insertion' days for no additional charge: approve your ad on the first 'approval email' date.

1. iAbstracts reserves the right to request ad content to be re-submitted.
2. You will be sent a 'confirmation email' to the address in your account.
3. You will be sent an 'approval email' to the address in your account.
4. The 'start date' of the ad insertion is effective 7 calendar days after the first 'approval email' date.
5. The 'end date' of the ad insertion is the 'start date' + 'ad duration' purchased.
6. The ad is inserted when approved.
7. The ad is considered approved if no revisions are requested within 7 calendar days after the first 'approval email' date.
8. Ad renewals are not available. Submit a new ad to place an ad.
9. Ad animation speeds may vary among browsers.
10. Ad specifications are subject to change without notice.

11. Click 'Add to Cart' after ad selection and composition are complete.
12. The 'Summary' page will display the 'Ad Form' contents.
13. Then click 'Edit Ad Form' to return to the Ad form or 'Confirm & View Cart' to advance to the cart.
14. Click 'Reset Ad Form' to clear ad selection and composition.
